With a single click in Q’Create, Plenari’s questionnaire design program, a ready-to-use questionnaire can be generated as a PDF or Word document.

The paper questionnaire shows all of the questions asked in the questionnaire as well as interviewer instructions, skips, loops and even includes column positions as a data map.

The paper questionnaire can then be used for pilot testing, as a hardcopy reference for clients or researchers or for actual survey deployment.

Once the questionnaires have been completed, Plenari’s Paper Agent data entry tool will ensure that entering the data is simple and fast.

Designed as a double punch system it gives you a choice between a master and a secondary data set in which to enter data. When the master data set is compared against the secondary data set any discrepancies appear in red for easy detection and correction.

Once entered the data file is no different to data collected via CATI Agent, Web Agent or CAPI Agent and can in fact be easily merged with these data sets should multi mode interviewing be undertaken.

Then, within seconds the data can be easily exported to Plenari Investigator, SPSS or Excel.
